I clarified up from that the price they quoted was guaranteed and there would not be any changes. They confirmed via text that I would not be up charged and the pickup would happen on the date we agreed. The night before I get a call telling me we have a problem, that they can’t find any drivers. Once I mentioned that I would have my lawyer contact them, I did not hear back.
