Never Received My Car and still don't know where it is

Grant Groves Submitted this review about Hello, this is has been the worst experience I have ever had. My car was supposed to be delivered on the 16th of December. Milky Way the broker promised delivery on Monday but they increased the price $400, then they promised delivery on Wednesday, then they promised on Friday. The car was never delivered and not Milky Way says they are not at fault. I have no idea where my car is and it as been almost 3 weeks. I would never use this service or recommend them to anyone. My car was also damaged while in transport (pictures were sent 2 hours prior to when the drive said he was going to deliver). The driver said that he confirmed the damage with the dealer. The dealer showed no damage on the car. Since they did not deliver the car I asked that they deliver back to the dealer, again I have no idea where my car is. Very shady business...
