Lack of Professionalism

My wife had used this company to transport her car from Las Vegas to Michigan a year before, and had no issues with them. In fact, the vehicle arrived a day early. Therefore, I wanted to used them again. I put in a request for a quote on their website and heard back from them in a timely manner. However, I then called the company to make an official reservation, but the woman who answered the phone would not take my information because I had made an online request for a quote. Instead, I had to send all of my information via e-mail. I did this, and I waited, and I waited. Four days later I still had not heard back from them so I made accomodations with another company. It's stressful enough when making a move across country, and to have to wait to make sure your reservation is actually accepted is uncalled for. There are too many other responsible companies out there who actaully want your business. I simply wanted to reserve with a company that I thought was professional and responsible.
