Vehicle was damaged & Mobile Transport will not accept our calls after the first one advising them of the damage to our vehicle. We were instructed to drop off in a truck yard. When vehicle arrived it was too dirty to inspect. After washing, dent was discovered in roof panel that could not be seen for road grime and mud on vehicle. We spoke with Mobile Transport ONCE to advise them of damage. After that, they would not accept our calls. We sent emails and faxes but they were never acknowledged. Once they got their money, they had no concern whatsoever for Customer Satisfaction. Believe me, if the slightest thing goes wrong, they will NOT deal with you. Don't take a chance with them - go with someone else!

We have gotten estimates for repair and it comes to $560. We have also faxed the estimates to Mobile Transport and asked by email if they want us to get an estimate from someone in particular. Silence from them. So that makes our transport with Mobile Transport definitely more costly than was contracted for.
