Not sure how many shipping vehicles were used in the shipment of our Z4, but I do know it was at least two and by the looks of the dirt on both floor mates, it was moved a few times. They picked-up our car using a small truck, then loaded it onto a big rig. The guy that picked it up was very knowledgeable in how to care for our Z4. He addressed all my concerns. When the car was delivered, the guys weren't as cautious as they rubbed the front lip a little and caused the paint to chip in two small areas. It was dark out and the car sits very low, so that didn't help. I would recommend that they use something to cover the floor mats during the winter to keep out the dirt. I was told that I would receive a phone call 24 hours prior to delivery and again one hour prior to final delivery and that all happened. The company was very flexible in both pick-up and delivery location. They offer door-to-door service, but decided to use store parking lots. If you are shipping a vehicle off a highly traveled route, be prepared to pay more than the advertised price to have your vehicle moved. I would use this company again.
