Our company did an outstanding job on the car picked up in Massachusetts and delivered to Central California over 3,000 miles. We deployed our best team of drivers in order to expedite the move for the customer. Unfortunately, in late March, there was a major snowstorm in Wisconsin which shut highway 80 down for 3 days. We originally quoted 7-10 days, which is reasonable for a coast to coast transport, but our drivers were delayed for 3 days as the roads were closed. The car was delivered in 11 days, but considering the Wisconsin Road closures, we were proud of our drivers. We did not quote 3-5 days on a 3.000 mile trip as this is obviously impossible to achieve. We stayed in constant communication with the customer throughout the entire process and did our best to make this customer happy.
