I had a very bad experience with Momentum Auto Transport. Momentum's support and customer service we excellent for the odering and scheduling of my pick-up. I was told that the trucking company would be contacting me to coordinate a pick up of my 2008 Honda Civic. 4 days prior to schedule pick up, I was contacted by the driver's dispatcher. She informed me of where the driver was, a contact number for her and the driver, and that the driver would be contacting me to coordinate the pickup (day/time/location). 3 days prior to pick up, the driver called and we set up all pickup information. The day of the pickup, the driver called me late morning to inform me he might be a little bit late but would still be close to scheduled time. The driver showed up on-time and was someone that I had no reservation about releasing my car into their possession. So, up to now, everything was going perfect.
The delivery was across-country delivery. I timed my flights for a delivery on day 7. On day 6, the driver called and said he was 2 hours from the delivery address and wanted to coordinate the drop off. Luckily I had someone in state to accept the delivery. When the car was delivered, it was covered in sand, dirt, and mud. The person picking up the car said they could hardly tell the color of the car from all the dirt. Unable to do a full inspecition of the vehicle, they reluctantly sign the lrease and took possession of the car. The recipient saw what apeared to be scuffs on the roof. He thought it might have just been caked on dirt, but it wasn't coming off with a run of his finger. They immediately took the car to the local car wash (which charged an extra $5 due to all of the dirt) and got the exterior cleaned. When the car came out of the wash, his concern was confirmed. There were scratches/scuffs all over the roof of the car. He immediately notifed both the trucker and Momentum. Momentum requested pictures of the damage. Pictures were mailed to Momentum and the trucking company. Momentum said they would look into the issue and get back to me. That was pretty much the last time I heard from Momentum. They failed to answer/return calls and return emails. Momentum specifies to work through them to address any damage, and yet they disappear when it happens. Luckily I was able to get in contact with the trucking companies owner. I spoke with him. He was very sorry about the damage and worked with me to get the issue remedied. He came down to my location and took my car back to a body shop that his company uses. They were able to buff/sand out all of the scuff/scratches, and they also re-applied Simonize 5 that was taken ff with the buffinf/sanding. All in all, it took 8 days to get my car back in the condition it was in when initially shipped. I have only the trucking company to thank for taking responsiblity and correcting the situation. momentum never contacted the trucking company or me from the day the damage was discovered.
I wouldn't recommend Momentum, as they have shown that they are only there for you when life is perfect. Once you car is damaged, you are on your own. I don't have any other suggestions for Transport companies. They appear to be hit or miss. This company is unfortunately a MISS. Even though my car got damaged during transport, I would still give the trucking company (HISWILLFORUS Trucking) an excellent review.

This review speaks for itself, we did a great job at pickup and delivery, Mr. P did ship his car open transport across country, I am not sure any transport company can insure a clean car after a 2550 mile trip. Yes Mr. P's car did get a few scuff marks on the roof, Momentum Transport took care of all of the damages and fee's. As far as the communication, Mr. P's agent was on vacation at the time of delivery and Momentum Transport claims department did its best in communicating. We apologized for the confusion with communication.
