I relocated from the Boston area to San Francisco and was not in a hurry for my car. By the time my car was picked up, I was many states away; the pick-up driver called on a Sunday afternoon to pick up the car. Unfortunately, I left it with a car repair shop for some routine maintenance and that place was closed on Sunday, which meant my car wasn't picked up until Monday. The following Tuesday, a bit over a week later, someone from another company (Pioneer Auto Express) called from Southern California to schedule delivery the following day. Unfortunately, the caller only gave me a 2-hour window in which to respond, and at that time I was engaged in a long interivew and unable to return the call until after his deadline. He finally called me back on Wednesday after I contacted Ceasar for an update; we scheduled my car for delivery on Friday afternoon. I received my car about 6:30 on Friday, a little later than the 3:00 - 6:00 time frame but it was a Friday in San Francisco and not a surprise given he drove up from Southern California.
Ceasar was very responsive, always returned my calls promptly and kept me informed about my car. Delivery was indeed door-to-door even here in San Francisco; the driver called when he arrived and by the time I walked out the front door my car was off the truck and ready to go. My car was really dirty, but it had traveled on an open truck for about 3000 miles.
I would definitely use the company again; it wasn't the cheapest one but for me money was not the only determinant.
