My experience with Monarch Car Shipping was outstanding. Robyn found the perfect enclosed transporter for my perfectly restored '68 Mustang to go from CA to MI. While I did not actually get the vehicle for 9 days, the transporter Robyn set up for me was wonderful. The driver was on time the day he was expected, polite, caring and professional at pick up. And when the car was delivered to me, the pick up report was gone over with me in complete detail by a very caring person who even dusted off the car and checked it over personally in front of me. Very professional and complete service. Since I had the opportunity to pick up my car at the shipping terminal instead of having it delivered to my home, I was fortunate to see the operation in the works. Very impressive (clean and beautifully painted) transport trucks and (kind, thorough, professional) personnel. First Class operation in my opinion. I have Monarch Car Shipping to thank and Robyn in particular. She was a joy to work with as she offered several options to ship my new classic Mustang across the country.
