I had a great experience with Robin, she followed through for me quite well and my bike arrived in perfect order! My cost was a few bucks higher then the quote but the price was still very reasonable. Other transport companies were warning me that the price I was quoted from Monarch was far too low and that it was likely false. Well it was them who were dishonest! The competition quoted me outrageous prices to move my bike and tried to convince me to not ship with Monarch, if this happens to you, disregard it! You will likely not find a better price or more reliable company then Monarch, use them with confidence!
