We shipped a car to our granddaughter in Arizona. We were a little apprehensive based on all the horror stories we read online but we had a great experience from start to finish. Robyn at Monarch was very thorough and helpful. Everything went as she explained in our original conversation. We had to delay the shipment for a week and things still went smoothly. Their quote was in the middle of all the quotes I had received. They ended up picking the car up a day early and delivered it a day early as well. The driver, Rusty, was friendly too. We wouldn't hesitate to use Monarch again or refer them to our family and friends. It was nice to deal with someone that followed through on what they said they were going to do. Not very common these days. Thank You!
