This was the first time that I have used a car shipping service, so naturally I was nervous and wasn't sure if this would be a safe and trustworthy way of having my vehicle shipped to me. First thing I will comment on is Ms. Robyn. She offers excellent customer service in both over the phone and through email. She WILL periodically keep you up to date with the current situation of the transportation of your vehicle. She also has a direct phone number that she will give to you so that your customer service will always be with her. She is a professional and I assure you that you will not be unhappy with your transportation. Although please keep in mind that the lower your shipping quote, the longer it will take for your vehicle to reach you. I paid the minimum fee of $655 because I was in no rush to receive my vehicle and I still received my vehicle in little over one week tops. Pickup was in Texas and delivery was to New York. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO MOVE THEIR VEHICLE FOR A VERY FAIR PRICE AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE FOR MY CAR TRANSPORT NEEDS.
