I chose Monstar because of the reviews they were recieving and the fact that they were located in the same destination my car was getting sent too. Let me tell you, Letty was excellent she was on top of every question I was concerned about. My phone calls were always returned, she even helped me work around my schedule. The driver were honest and on time, overall very good. The day the car arrived it was covered in bugs and it was very dirty, but thats not to say it was their fault, that should be expected for a car on an open carrier going cross country. The experience was pleasent and yes, I would use Monstar again.
