This isn't my first request to have my car moved. I'm in the military and bounce naround all the time. Without mentioning names, my past experiences weren't the best. I can without a doubt now say that in the future 5 know what company I am going to be calling. Monstar Auto or shall I just say Letty was by far the most courteous, customer oriented representative I have ever dealt with. She was on top of things from start to finish. When I first called, and heard a woman on the other end I almost hubg up, but I didn't. I listened to her and she gave me the confidence to just go with them. She was easy to reach and she contacted me as well. She called me on the day of pick up and delivery. FOLLOW THROUGH! She was great. I am really happy with the service Letty and Monstar Auto provided. THANKS LETTY! Keep up the Great work!
