I must say, they are a very reliable service provider.

It is true that the price was not cheap, $975, for from Pittsburgh to San Diego, yet it was a reasonable one for the quality service they provide. (incl. pick-up and drop-off at my place)

I noted that the delivery was "late" in the above review, but it was only by 1 day from the expected date range.


There was one miscommunication, however.

Letty said that my car is the last car in the transport truck, but in fact, mine was the first one, resulting in 3 more extra days from initial expected date.

I was disappointed by this fact but nevertheless, delivery was reasonably fast and I am satisfied.

The car was dirty but I can't complain much since I used 'open' and it was from east coast to west coast.

After 6months, when I move to other area again, I am definitely going to use Monstar Auto Transport again.

Hope they provide me some discount? :p
