First of all, Letty is wonderful. She answers the phone and if you need to leave a message, she calls back promptly! This was the first time we were transporting a car. I was very anxious, but felt reassured by Letty and she followed through. The details of the transport were a little tricky, but Letty was with us all the way and made sure everything went smoothly. She also called after the delivery to make sure that we were satisfied.

We were very pleased with Monstar's services and would definitely use them again.
