Impressed with young people running Monstar who were entirely responsive, intelligent, able to quickly locate a shipper when the original had serious problem, and handled themselves professionally, and reliably. Letty and her partner are 2 of the nicest people one can encounter on the phone. The actual transport company from Fl. was also excellent. I think their name was Speedy.
