I booked the car pickup at the last minute on Thursday and Monstar got a driver to pick up my car on saturday afternoon. Letty kept in contact with me the whole time, and the driver was also very good at keeping in contact. I would definitely use this business again, and thanks for making shipping my car so easy! The only thing I was a little uneasy about was that after I was given a quote from Monstar, the driver asked them if they could add $25 because he was going out of his way to drop off my car. I didn't argue because I wanted my car to make it there in one piece. Letty was very honest with me though, and told me I could not agree to pay the 25 if I didn't want to because Monstar had already quoted me.
