Letty is an excellent person to work with. Monstar picks the best carriers and they stick to their word with respect to pickup and delivery dates. Our house in MA doesn't allow trucks on the road so the driver offered to pay our cab fare in order to get the car. Everything went smoothly. The car was filthy when we picked it up, but that's what we get for choosing an open carrier in the middle of winter...I would highly recommend this company if you value your car.
