We lived up on a mountain, the truck could not get up to the house to pick up the cars. I am the only driver, and we had two cars to transport. Letty and her family made a personal trip all the way up the mountain to my house on Saturday (probably 40+ miles each way from her home), the day of the pickup, to help me get the cars down to the driver!!!! This is amazing, excellent service, and I would recommend this company hands down. I am a service manager myself in a different industry, so I am aware of how important follow through, dedication, and communication are.....Letty and Monstar are the VERY BEST.

Hi Linda! It was our pleasure to take the small trip and the kids enjoyed it too! I knew you were a in tough situation and we needed to get out at the same time. I would of done this with or without Monstar. This world would be a better place if everyone would take the time to help someone in need without expecting anything in return.
