I recently used Monstar to have my car shipped from CA to WA. Letty was a great contact! I requested to have my car picked up on Friday or Saturday. Letty was able to call about 5-6 hours early on Fri. to let me know my car would be picked up. Our driver was great and kept in constant communication with me on Monday as we arrived in WA so that we could arrange a pick up time. We needed to meet him late (at 10pm) and he was in our neighborhood ready to make the drop. Monstar is trustworthy and reliable.
