After a very agreeable first experience with Monstar, we readily called on them when we needed transport services a second time. Once again, the experience with Monstar was totally agreeable. A language barrier made communication with the assigned driver a bit more difficult, and probably limited the amount of communication he was willing to initiate, but he was extremely courteous and considerate, and it all turned out fine anyway. We've just scheduled our third transport with Monstar, so that will tell you how much confidence we have in them. In a word, they're dependable.
