I don't know how this company is actually still running. Their customer service is ridiculous. The car was supposed to be picked up in New York October 4 and we kept checking the website to track the car and nothing was ever updated. We tried contacting them through email and by phone and for an entire week nobody responded. Initiallly we did everything that was asked in order to insure the fastest pickup. When we finally reached someone the woman was rude and blamed it on everybody but Monster. As far as the Monster guarantee goes they do not honor it at all. They are refusing to return our deposit even though we contacted the shipper ourselves and finished the deal. It is now November 5th and the car is still not here. We tried to contact them again today to speak to them about their guarantee and the dispatch operator was very irate, yelling and screaming and hung up on us twice.
