Montway's website and phone support is excellent. However the sub-contracted trucking company, was difficult to reach to confirm pick up, transit location, delivery, etc. The car also arrived quite dirty, which was probably a function of the weather enroute and unavoidable.
Overall, Montway is excellent, but the trucking company can be hit or miss.
