Montway picked up my car within the 3 day window that I had requested. They were not sure at the time, however, that they could guarantee pick-up during the 3-day window. It would have been nice to know that. My car was picked up on the 2nd day and was shipped 2 days after it was picked up. My car arrived the day that it was supposed to come in. The driver was very friendly and it was door to door service both ways. Overall, I am very pleased.
