The shipment of the car was good. The estimated pick up date was a Tuesday, the actual pick up was Wednesday. The delivery date was Thursday and it was delivered Thursday. Driver was suppose to call ahead and let us know when he would arrive, didn't call until he had arrived. The only complaint I have is bad communication.
