Very professional! Excellent service! Very happy!
When we hired them, they immediately contacted us with regards to picking up the car. The customer service people were really nice and friendly. The driver picked up the car on time and was very curtious with my parents (who was holding the car until we had it shipped to us). They contacted us when the car was being shipped and sent emails to let us know that our car was on its way. The car was delivered 2 days early which excited me! They lady called and asked if the car could be delivered between 1-3. This was not a good time do I told her that. She very nicely asked if between 3 and 5 would be better and I said yes. She was very accommodating and understanding. The driver who dropped off or car to us in Arizona was awesome. He was very gentle with our car. He took his time getting it off the truck and was very professional!
I would 100 percent use this company again!
