This was a painless experience. The broker used Orbit Auto Transport to actually pick up and deliver the car. Service was excellent, even though the car was delivered 1 day later than promised. The driver experienced a breakdown which accounted for the delay. The extra charge was because the back seat was loaded with materials and we were charged for extra weight. Frankly, I was happy to receive the car in perfect shape and was not at all surprised by the extra charge. It would have probably cost more to ship the stuff carried in the back seat and would have been a lot less convenient.
