Experience was slightly above average. Reservation booked 4 days in advance to first available date; however, learned after scheduling that booking in advance does not warrant that first available date will be satisfied. Called main office and requested a specific pick-up date considering car was paid for and sitting on dealership lot for 3 days. Additional cost to pick-up on requested date was $90 above original quote.

Vehicle was picked up on scheduled date by driver which evaluated exterior condition with a fine tooth comb. Driver was courteous and professional, and dropped off car at a local parking lot (per my request) due to neighborhood street size on time and per scheduled drop-off date.

Vehicle was slightly dirty from transport - to be expected.

Would consider using Montway again; however, appears that most auto shipping companies are brokers. Would prefer to use a company with their own trucking fleet to avoid delays.
