They had the best rates out of the 4 companies that I researched, one of which was a recommendation from a friend. The online reviews for the company seemed overall very positive other than a few disgruntled customers, so I went with them.

Did a closed carrier from FL to TX for a convertible. I gave them an "earliest" pick up date which was 2 days after I made the reservation. They picked up on that day, delivered on the day they said they would and the driver called both the day before and the morning of to confirm and coordinate. I was definitely impressed by their efficiency.

The only thing that would have been nice was to know that there was an extra charge for the top carrier and what that charge was before hand. I didn't find this out until calling them to talk about it and request a top carrier position for the car. But the price was still lower than any other transport company I called. I would definitely use them again, and have referred them to a friend as well.
