Excellent Shipper. Range Rover came off in perfect condition. Timing excellent, but please note the below:

Only complaint is the hired driver refused to drive the truck to specified delivery address, which had a huge unload area. I understand DC roads are tight, but OTR drivers should be trained for all conditions. Also, delivery was on a Satruday morning when no traffic in DC itself.

This extra made the delivery one day later than originally set forth, and cost us an additional $60 in cash for a cab out to some unknown remote area of Virginia for delivery...not Montway's fault, since they're a broker, but I'd suggest their hired Service Provider be reviewed for driving ability...the address was disclosed at booking, so this event should not have occured.

Aside from what really is a minor inconvenience, EXCELLENT COMPANY ALL AROUND!!
