I read the reviews and decided to go with Montway. Not because they were less but because most had good experiences. I called and spoke with Sam. He took his time explaining to me how they work and answering all my questions. I was having a brand new Lexus purchased in California sent to me in Maryland. He was honest about the time to get a driver and delivery. Hey had someone within a day but that truck had problems. Within a day they had another driver. It was scheduled for a Monday or Tuesday pickup and ended up being Wednesday. That was fine as I wanted it babied not as quick as possible and the driver Peter had 9 Cars to pickup and deliver along the way. I spoke with Peter and he too took the time to talk and stay in touch. The transport company was Best West Express and they did a great job. The car arrived the next Wednesday. Six days coast to coast. Peter called me the day before to let me know what time he would be there. This was a good experience and I would use Montway again anytime.
