I called to set up my car to be transported from California to Illinois and was told that it could take anywhere from 1-5 to assign a truck to pick up my car. They assigned a truck to pick up my car within a couple hours of the order. I was so surprised by how fast they assigned a truck to pick up my car that I had to cancel the truck because I didn't have enough to time to get it loaded. I pushed it back to have it picked up the following week and it only took them a day to assign a new truck. My car was due to be picked up on a Monday but the driver called me Monday afternoon to let me know he'd be there on Tuesday morning instead. I was flexible so this wasn't an issue for me. He arrived on time on Tuesday to pick up my car and was very friendly. He made it from California to Chicago in 3.5 days which was very speedy. He delivered the car in the same condition as it was before pick up and called before delivery to ensure someone would be there to sign for the car. I plan to use Montway again to have my wife's car shipped when we are ready.
