My pickup window was 2 days, and unfortunately I had to leave on the first day because of our scheduled travel. The company worked with me to arrange a suitable drop-off point where I could leave my car where the driver could pick it up the next day. The drop-off point was very close to where I live so this was convenient.

I got email updates every step of the way to let me know when the pick-up would be and when the estimated drop-off was. The drop-off window was a span of 4 days. The driver called me the day of drop-off to let me know he would be in the area later that evening. He called me about an hour before to let me know when he'd be in my city, and called again when he arrived and let me know where the truck was. Again, the truck was very close to where I live (< 10 minute drive), so it was easy for me to pick up my car.

My car was in an open truck, so it was very dirty and covered in bugs when it was dropped off, but other than that, everything was fine. I'd use them again since it was easy to schedule and they were flexible with the pick-up date.

The company offers a $25 certificate for reviews that rank them 4 or 5 stars, but I would have given this rating anyways since it was a very positive experience.
