Everything from the first phone call to the car delivery was great. Stella was very professional and patient, explained the process clearly. I had a phone call from the carrier company the same day and the car was picked up the next day. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, but the driver called and let me know that because of the weather he will be delayed a day. He called later in the evening and drove the car to me himself planning to take the train home on a very cold evening. Luckily he found a friend to drive him back. Truly " door to door " service. Very pleasant, stress free experience. I wish everything about moving to a new state was that easy. Will definitely use again if needed.
