The customer service was very polite to me when I called with questions. They were fantastic representatives, and I talked to several customer service reps. The driver kept me informed every step of the way. He called at pickup, and then the day before delivery and gave me a time. He then called one hour before to confirm delivery. Absolutely great experience. I would definitely recommend. Yes, it was dirty outside, but I wouldn't pay for closed transport so I expected this. Being dirty was nature, not transportation responsibility!!!!
