I'm writing this review in 2 parts.
For Montway - in this particular case they were the brokers and not the carrier themselves. Montway customer service was prompt and kept me posted throughout the process UP UNTIL the time my order was assigned to the actual carrier.
At this point Montway took their share of $200 - and e-mailed me the carrier contact information , and were pretty much done. I called them that I was unable to reach the carrier , Montway team did a great job tracking the carrier down , and giving me an ETA. Montway folks are fairly easy to deal with and very professional.

I paid an extra $75 - to get a guaranteed Top load.(to ensure that battery acid / oil etc from another car doesnt damage my paint).

Now the review on the carrier ECE Transport.
They brought my car in 1 piece - and within time - but not without episode.
I could never reach them by phone to get an update - almost 4 days went by. Finally I got an update when i contacted Montway.

From the morning of the the Sunday that the car was to be delivered till about 6 pm we waited and waited... finally the driver called up stating that another customer of his did not have money ready and that they would not deliver until the following day - because they did not want to dirve the extra 50 miles and drive back .
My car was therefore deliverd the following day ( still within the published timeframe of 7 days). I did have to miss that day at work though.

All in all car was in decent shape.
Will use MONTWAY again. They resolved all issues to my satisfaction.
