I needed my car shipped to Arizona and called 3 days before it was scheduled to be picked up. The team at Montway was very legitimate. I liked that they were well-branded. Their website was well put together and their customer service team was knowledgeable about the process. I was skeptical about trusting a transport company because I read reviews online about bad experiences, but the person I spoke to on the phone walked me through each step of the process. At Montway, you can't receive a refund once the order has been dispatched, so I specifically asked to be contacted before agreeing to dispatch a carrier so I didn't lose my refund. Montway agreed and sure enough, they called me before they dispatched a carrier so I had another opportunity to change my mind- just in case.

The carrier (Stefan) communicated well with me and there were times were I called him, but he did not pickup. I left him a voicemail and he promptly got back to me. It was an overall good experience for a last-minute critical pickup that I was very nervous about.
