Good experience with certain complain

My car was picked up at the third day after the first available date. I called every day asking about dispatch info. They informed me that they would be able to get me a carrier right away every time. And then I wait for about one day for nothing. Until the fourth time, I have a positive response mentioning that if I can raise my budget by $50, they can assign me a carrier immediately, I don't want to wait any more, so I accepted it. After that, everything works well, they respond quickly and the driver arrive as expected. The car was delivered intact. The only complain is that it may take the customer a while to keep an eye on the dispatch info, otherwise, they may forget about you.
