Got quick responses from Montway when booking the shipment as they agreed to my price through Uship. Their call center immediately called to confirm.
A couple of days after booking they emailed to say they didn't have a driver yet but would get one soon.
The car was eventually picked up within the 5 days and delivered 1 day later. The only issue is there wasn't much time between the dispatching and the pickup so there was scrambling going on but it worked out. Also there was a mix up with the driver whether he was to accept the Uship code at delivery or cash (Apparently C.O.D. can also mean "code on delivery"). However, the driver and Montway worked it out and everything went off without a hitch. Thanks!
