We originally wanted to have the car in a covered transport, and called to set it up 3 weeks in advance. As the day when we were moving neared, and we still hadn't heard anything, I told them we would also be ok with an open carrier, at which point they were able to schedule a truck very quickly. The car was picked up around noon on the day we were to leave (originally wanted it picked up a few days earlier to give us more buffer). In the end, it was delivered on time, with no damage, and it was a pretty good experience.

I do wish they had been more forthcoming about how much more difficult it was going to be to schedule a covered transport, because we would have then just scheduled an open transport from the beginning to prevent us from getting to the last day, and the anxiety that produced.

Although all service dates are only estimated we did everything possible to accommodate your requested dates. It certainly is great news that the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and without any issues. Enclosed trailers are only about 2% of all trailers in the US so it does take a bit longer to arrange a pickup with an enclosed trailer than with an open however enclose trailers provide more protection for your vehicle. If the customer prefers enclosed trailer we certainly do our best to arrange that as quickly as possible. Montway is 100% dedicated to the customer and our service and care is unmatched! Resolution in response to the review was offered to the customer, Michael Kong, however he never accepted.
