i had booked to get my car from Rockford IL to Phoenix AZ. Truck driver Chris was a good guy and he informed me at the right times before arriving at the starting and end locations. At AZ i had to change my address but still he delivered to the last given address. Truck was open so car was dirty when it reached at AZ. Overall satisfaction is very good. Customer service was also excellent in giving correct information and cleared all the queries in time. Would recommend to approach them.
