We are sorry to hear of the miscommunication issues you experienced with your order. Please know we take feedback in serious consideration and we address each and every issue to make sure it is resolved and never occurs again. From your review, we understand that what most likely the issue was delay in the timeframe confirmation emails were sent out to you by our auto-mated system and our technical support has identified the cause and fixed it. No such email delays should occur.
It is great to know that the driver we assigned for your shipment kept in constant contact with you to ensure you are informed. The requirement for 24 hour notice is part of the driver's contract and we are surprised to hear now after delivery that he did not give you 24 hour notice.
Your order was shipped expedited. You booked the order on 3/9/15 and the pickup was estimate for only 2 days after that - on 3/11/2015. If you refer to this as being 48 hours late (2 days) please note that in fact this is quicker than the estimate 1 to 5 business days for pickup. Since you did not purchase guaranteed date service, the dates will fall within the estimated window. With that said, your order instead of being picked up late was in fact picked up ahead of time, well within the estimated pickup window.
It is imperative that customers have a clear understanding of the terms they accept when entering a contractual agreement.
We care about our customers and believe in fairness. We did our best to provide you with a top notch service. Technical issues do happen everywhere, but we provide great direct customer care to overcome any issues. Your vehicle was Picked up in 2 days and delivered in perfect condition also in 2 days. In this industry, it does not get better than this!
Montway stands by its services and will go above and beyond to assist customers with any issues. Offer for assistance was made to Richard Bird, and unfortunately he declined. Our offer stands, if he changes his mind later.
