I had an overall good experience with this company. When I had phone contacts with different people in the company, they seemed very knowledgeable and polite. When I asked different questions they were willing to repeat and explain questions that I did not understand the first time I asked. I appreciate them letting me know when the truck left New York. When I called during the transporting of the car they told me where they were located at that time. I was happy when they called me when they got close to delivery time. They arrived at the approximate time they said they would. The driver that delivered the car was very pleasant to talk to.
