After looking thru nearly 50 different quotes from tons of shipping companies, looking thru reviews and BBB ratings, I was able to find Montway Auto Transport here on Transport Reviews. With their high rating and everything i was able to find on the internet were all positive. I especially liked that they were rated 4.8 out of 5 stars with over 10,400 reviews. They are on BBB with an A+ rating since 2007! I was promised that my car would be on one truck for the entire trip. I was given the dispatch and trucker's number for direct contact. Truck driver was prompt with his responses and gave me an estimate time to when the car would be delivered. I was given a 5 day pickup window. Other companies with high ratings still had a pickup window of 1-15 days. The car was actually picked up the afternoon prior to the pickup date! I was able to schedule time off in order to be present for the drop off since the truck driver gave me a drop off time between 8am and 10am. The car literally was dropped off at 9am! Inspection was very thorough. The car was a bit dirty which was expected since it was on an open carrier and coming cross country. Price was a firm fixed price with no hidden fees or extra charges after delivery. Deposit was taken once the truck was assigned which was done in about 2 hrs. I was supplied all the contact info at that time as well. I was so pleased to how honest and quick this happened. I was never lied to and was reassured of their policies and procedures. Very professional and friendly the whole transaction. I was also granted their Military discount where other companies did not have or had a very low discount of $10-$15. If i ever need a car shipped again, I will definitely be calling Montway. Thanks again!
