After all the run around from the dealer prep and other issues my car was delivered right on time. I was pleased by appearance of the driver, his knowledge of the vehicle and his promptness in taking the vehicle down from the middle high ramp. The car was dirty on the outside but I attibute that to the distance and the road conditions.
