I was definitely worried about finding the right transporter for the job because I had read many horror stories online. Perhaps I got lucky, but this job was not bad at all. My car arrived in one piece - no damage. It was just dirty. The truck driver seemed very honest and straightforward with me and he was very responsive. Montway was also responsive; they allowed me to change carriers after I read terrible reviews about the first carrier I was assigned to. Overall, not bad. I would probably use Montway again since I have some more confidence in their ability to deliver, but I still believe I would be taking some risk. I am not sure how things would have been resolved if anything had gone bad. Hope to never find out...
