Pros:
1. They picked up the car on Day 1 in the off-season (September 2015). They worked around the time to get it picked up from my friend's home.
2. They let me have some light organized belongings (less than 100 lbs) in the trunk for no additional fee.

Neutral/to be expected:
The car was a bit dirty from killed insects during shipment since it was an open transport.

Cons:
The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't tell me they are going to make my passenger seat forward it all the way to the front because it was malfunctioning in the past and this time took a lot of time and luck to back/reverse the seat since it's electric and there is some kind of problem in reversing it but no problem in forwarding it!
