OK, here is my review.

The simple story...not bad for a car shipper. The only thing of concern was that the car was delivered later than i would have liked. I was quoted a Monday pickup and late wednesday or early thursday drop off. The car came around 5am Friday morning. My guess is that it was picked up Monday and then sat around until tuesday or wednesday sometime until they had enough cars to make a worthwhile run. I get it. In the grand scheme this was pretty good for car shippers although i would have liked a call saying the car is going to be late.

now for the important stuff. When are car shippers ever ontime...never! So i factored this in knowing that wednesday night was ambitious given the low price. 3 months prior the same car shipment was double the price. Once the snowbirds were gone down went the price. I have to say that the montway guy was very nice setting up the transport, and the gents from Charles Epic towing were pretty good about answering the phone when i called for status updates, and pretty good about telling the real deal about where my car was. In addition, they really worked hard to get the car to houston to work with my schedule, even though they were late.

so all in all i would have to give them 5 out of 5 by car shipping standards because my car came within 48 hours of what was promised and except for being dirty in the open truck it was unharmed. The dispatch guy was pretty cool with me and the drivers of the truck where nice at the drop off.

for the record i have had other car shippers who were horrendous so montway and the charles epic guys who delivered did a pretty good job. I would call them again if i need to ship a car.
