Montway was FANTASTIC! I accepted their bid at 1:30am EST. They gave me a 1-5 day window for pickup and a 1-7 day window for delivery. About 9 hours after I accepted my bid, they had my vehicle on the truck! That was 8am in Texas. I received email confirmation and had the driver and a company representative's direct phone numbers if I needed them. On Tuesday the driver called to tell me he would be arriving in Virginia at approximately 7pm. He asked about times for delivery and we discussed my housing development and his ability to drive in with an 18 wheeler. He was also concerned for trees that could potentially damage other vehicles on his truck which I totally appreciated. My vehicle arrived at 7pm EST yesterday (Wednesday) for a total transport time of 56 hours from San Antonio Texas to Northern Virginia. The vehicle was in great shape and delivery was fast and easy. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Montway to anyone shipping a vehicle.
